INSTRUCTIONS FOR WRITING ABSTRACTS

Rezumatele (în limba română și/sau engleză) redactate conform instrucțiunilor de mai jos, se vor trimite prin e-mail la adresa office@dimas.com.ro până la data de 15 SEPTEMBRIE 2025.
Toate rezumatele vor fi verificate de Comitetul Științific al CNN 2025, înainte de a fi publicate.
Rezumatele vor fi publicate în Volumul de rezumate al CNN 2025 (volum cu ISSN).

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • NU vor fi editate materialele care contin greșeli de ortografie sau de titluri formatate necorespunzător. Este responsabilitatea solicitantului să revizuiască și să verifice toate lucrările trimise.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in Romanian or in English.
  • We recommend you to use word processing software (for example, Word) to edit the abstract.
  • The abstract must not contain graphics, tables, pictures or other types of figures.
  • Lectorul va trimite materialul numai dacă el sau un coautor se angajează să se înregistreze și să participe la CNN 2024, pentru a prezenta lucrarea.
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit.
  • Înregistrarea este obligatorie în procesul de depunere. Toți prezentatorii trebuie să fie înscriși la eveniment până la data de 24 SEPTEMBRIE 2025, altfel rezumatul nu va fi inclus în volumul de rezumate al CNN 2025 (volum cu ISSN).

  • Abstracts can be edited until the deadline for submission (September 20, 2024). After that date, no changes regarding the content or the authors will be allowed. Edits may include changing the title, adding or deleting authors or changing the abstract body. Once the review process begins, no changes are allowed; no exceptions.

INFORMAȚII NECESARE PENTRU A FINALIZA TRIMITEREA UNUI REZUMAT:

Main Author — Individual who is submitting the abstract. All correspondence will be done with the main author.

Title (no more than 30 words)

  • The title should be as short as possible, eloquently for the content of the presentation.

  • Numele autorilor vor fi scrise cu prenume (precede numele de familie: prenumele autorilor masculini vor fi prescurtate, iar cele feminine se vor scrie fără abreviere).

  • The affiliation will include the institution (University, Faculty, Hospital, Department, Clinic) and accordingly the contact information (email address).

Conținut (maximum 350 de cuvinte) are în vedere:

  • The Content of the abstract (maximum 350 words) covers:

  • The key elements of each stage of the study

  • The most important conclusions and their scientific significance.

  • Keywords (up to five)

  • List Authors - Up to 5 list authors can be included. Their full names with credentials, city and state or country must be included.

The subject of the study must be in line with the announced topic. If the author / authors wish to propose a topic with a different theme, he / she will communicate to the organizers the summary with the mention: VARIA.
Autorul care trimite un rezumat al unei lucrări, trebuie să aleagă unul dintre subiectele propuse în tematică.

DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT DATES

  • Trimitere rezumate – sesiune deschisă – 20 IULIE 2025
  • Termenul limită pentru depunerea rezumatelor – 15 SEPTEMBRIE 2025
  • Termenul limită pentru finalizarea înscrierii autorului care prezintă lucrarea – 24 SEPTEMBRIE 2025.

FORMAT GUIDELINES FOR THE PRESENTATIONS

  • PowerPoint is the presentation programme available in all session halls.

  • No other devices, personal computers etc. than the ones provided in the session halls are allowed for presentations.

  • The PowerPoint handling and distribution system is optimised for MS PowerPoint 2016 (Office 2016) and Adobe Acrobat-files (“*.pdf”). The uploading of “DVD-Movies” is not supported.

  • The supported data storage media are: CD, DVD (as Data-storage-medium) and USB- Memory (Stick). All needed files – also the movie files(!) – have to be on the datamedia. Presentations can also be taken off speakers’ notebooks at the Speaker Ready Room. Please make sure there is enough time for conversion.

  • Format for embedded movies: “*.mp4” and “*.wmv” are preferred, any other format may work or may be converted to an optimised format (may take some time!)

  • Fonturile care sunt folosite în prezentări trebuie să fie fonturi latine. Dacă aveți nevoie de fonturi speciale, acestea ar trebui să fie stocate ca „fonturi încorporate” împreună cu prezentarea. (Fișier -> salvare ca „numele prezentării” și sub „instrumente” → opțiuni de salvare bifați caseta de selectare „încorporați fonturi True type” și selectați „încorporați toate caracterele“). Când utilizați simboluri matematice, vă rugăm să utilizați acestea care sunt disponibile sub fonturi latine (unicode sau DOS: Europa de Vest).

  • Prezentările ar trebui să fie salvate ca „*.ppt“, „*.pptx” (= PowerPoint) sau „*.pps“ „*.ppsx“(=PowerPoint Slideshow) – fișierul și filmele pot fi fișiere separate pe mediul de date (dacă nu este încorporat).
